Welcome to RCM Public School! We are excited that you are considering our school for your child’s education. Below are the guidelines to help you navigate the admission process.

Admission Process

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Requirement: Children must meet the minimum age requirement for the grade they are applying to.

• Previous Education: Applicants should provide records of their previous educational experience.

2. Application Form

• Download the admission application form from our website or collect it from the school office.

• Ensure all sections of the form are filled out completely and accurately.

3. Required Documents

• Birth certificate (original and a photocopy)

• Recent passport-sized photographs (2)

• Previous school reports/transcripts

• Proof of residence

• Any other relevant documents (e.g., medical records)

4. Submission of Application

• Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the school office before the deadline.

• Applications can be submitted in person or via email (if applicable).

5. Entrance Assessment

• An entrance assessment may be required for certain grades to evaluate the child’s academic readiness.

• Details regarding the assessment will be communicated after the application is received.

6. Interview

• Selected candidates may be invited for an interview with the admissions committee.

• The purpose of the interview is to understand the child's interests and to discuss the school’s values.

7. Admission Decision

• Admissions decisions will be communicated within a specified timeframe after the interview process.

• Accepted candidates will receive an admission letter outlining the next steps.

8. Confirmation of Admission

• To confirm the admission, parents/guardians must complete the enrollment process by paying the required fees and submitting any additional documents as requested.

9. Orientation

• An orientation session will be held for newly admitted students and their parents to help them acclimate to the school environment.
